Hi folks,
We're having a 1 year of crossfit party (well lunch really) at our house at 1 PM November 7. We've been doing crossfit for about a year now and we thought it would be fun to have a get-together after the workout. Details of the location will be given out at the gym. I didn't want to post our address here.
Menu: mini-smoothies for appetizers, then slow-cooked pork roast, apple/pear/cashew salad, fruit salad. Very zone friendly unless of course I make some brownies.
IMPORTANT! Please RSVP by replying to this post on the forum. I want to make sure we have enough food. Also if you have special dietary needs, let me know. I know we are making the smoothies with egg protein but we could also make soy ones for vegetarians.
