Weighted Ring Push-ups 5-5-5

Rest and then,

Five rounds for time of:
200 meter Run
65 pound Snatch, 15 reps
15 Box Jumps

Level 1:
Five rounds for time of:
200 meter Run
55 pound Snatch, 15 reps
15 Box Jumps

Beginners:
Three rounds for time of:
200 meter Run
45 pound Snatch, 15 reps
15 Box Jumps

Tadpoles:
Three rounds for time of:
200 meter Run
15-25 pound Snatch, 10 reps
10 Box Jumps

*You can also Sub the Snatch for One arm Dumbbell Snatch 20 pound Men, 10-15 pound Women 10 reps.

Post loads and time to board.

10# - 15# - 10kg

Beginners:
Three rounds for time of:
200 meter Run
35 pound Snatch, 15 reps
15 Box Jumps

time: 8:52

Good to see folks at our 1 year of crossfit lunch!

I'm going to try to work harder with my son on his crossfit workouts. It's been a little haphazard but at least he's doing something. Today we just did a mile dog walk and a little running with the nerf guns. Not crossfit but at least he wasn't sitting all day. He loves to climb things so I'm going to try to get a rope to put on one of our trees soon. I figure if I start posting his workouts here too that it will help me be accountable for helping him train.

Total Rounds: 16 + 6 Pull-ups
Total Pull-ups in 17 Minutes = 144

Completed: 16 minutes (In 17th minute got 8 pull-ups)
(Did WOD at Crossfit Huntsville)
